About the Role

Order Picker Responsible for accurately selecting, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment. The Order Picker

works closely with other team members to maintain an organized and efficient workflow. This role may also serve as a

point of contact for newer team members and support special order fulfillment requests. Prioritize orders based on

shipping schedules or special customer instructions. Identify and resolve picking discrepancies or inventory shortages.

Stage, label, and prepare orders for shipment according to customer or carrier requirements. Support cycle counts and

contributes to inventory accuracy initiatives. Collaborate with supervisors on process improvements and order accuracy
