Summer School Cook Manager
About the Role
Cook/ Manager needed for School food service program in the Edison, NJ area. Monday through Friday. Full time position,
7 to 8 hours daily. No weekends or Holidays. Some evening caterings occasionally when needed. Strong culinary experience
required. K - 12 school food service is required. Able to lead culinary operations in kitchen. ServSafe certification is
required. Qualifications: Catering experience is required. Proficient in technology, namely Google & Microsoft products,
and POS systems. Client facing role, comfortable with regular client interactions. Able to lift 50 lbs. Ordering and
inventory experience. Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen. Following all food safety, sanitation, and personal hygiene
