Stranding Machine Operator
About the Role
Supervises the general quality of the wire/cable. Measures wire/cable for size using micrometers. Clears area of other
wire materials. Secures materials according to job being run. Respools wire/cable using respooling machines. Ability to
read a micrometer and basic computer skills. High school diploma or equivalent. While performing the duties of this job,
the employee occasionally works near moving mechanical parts and is occasional exposed to wet and/or humid conditions,
ambient air, fumes or airborne particles. The noise level in the work environment is usually high, safety equipment is
mandatory. Candidate must be able to perform the physical responsibilities of the job utilizing arms, hands, and fingers
