About the Role

The Solar O&M Technician (Level 4) is a senior technical leader responsible for ensuring the peak performance and safety

of solar PV assets within the New Jersey region. This individual serves as a subject matter expert and the company's

qualifying Master Electrician, providing high-level troubleshooting, oversight of complex maintenance, and mentorship to

junior field staff. The Level 4 Technician balances hands-on technical excellence with regional administrative and

safety authority. Operational Leadership: Exhibit a culture of operational excellence and event-free operations in all

aspects of work. Technical Guidance: Provide expert technical and analytical guidance to all field staff and other
