About the Role
Welder Level 1 This role is a crucial part of the multi-step process involved in creating products from diverse alloys.
The Welder utilizes a range of welding equipment set up in various positions (flat, vertical, horizontal, overhead) to
permanently join metal components. The position also involves managing paperwork associated with the product's
progression through the production sequence. Responsibilities Perform manual and semiautomatic welding Inspect welds to
ensure they meet specified standards during the welding process Identify and address product defects Conduct dimensional
measurements on products before and after welding Report equipment or product issues Brief the incoming shift on work in
