About the Role

A Welder / Fabricator The A Welder / Fabricator is a senior-level technician responsible for high-quality welding,

fabrication, and structural rebuilding of steel containers and compactors. This role requires advanced skills in MIG and

stick welding and custom fabrication. The A Welder works independently on complex repair tasks and supports the training

and development of entry-level team members. Essential Job Functions: To perform this job successfully, an individual

must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other minor duties may be assigned. Perform advanced MIG
