About the Role
School Bus Driver Qualifications: CDL License Class B/School Bus and Passenger Endorsement is required. The school
district will pay for successful candidates to obtain their CDL if they do not currently have it. Part-time bus drivers.
The pay rate will be $28 per hour. Scheduled hours worked will cover AM and PM bus routes. If you want to drive a school
bus in New Jersey, you will need "P" and "S" endorsements. Be at least 21 years old with 3 years of driving experience.
Be fingerprinted. Submit a Medical Examination Report for Commercial Driver Fitness Determination (Form 649-F). Submit a
Bus Application (Form DR-14).
