About the Role

Atlantic Mobile Health Dispatcher II The Atlantic Mobile Health Dispatcher II is an integral part of the Emergency

Medical Services Department supporting Transport, MAV & Critical Care Operations. The dispatcher is responsible for

assignment of the most appropriate resource to meet the patient and customer's needs while assuring the safe completion

of the transport through superior communication and customer service skills. The dispatcher will utilize multiple phone

lines, six computer screens and wall monitors containing information ranging from Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) systems,

telecommunications equipment, mapping software, vehicle tracking software, weather and traffic information to assure the
