About the Role
Elevator Installation & Modernization Technician – Linden, NJ – $40–$60 per hour (DOE) Responsibilities Perform elevator
modernizations and new installations Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic and traction elevators Complete preventative
maintenance and service work Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and shop drawings Diagnose
mechanical and electrical issues efficiently Ensure all work is completed safely and meets code requirements Participate
in a rotating on-call schedule for occasional service calls Qualifications Minimum 3 years of elevator mechanic
experience Experience with hydraulic elevator installation and modernization Experience with traction elevator
