About the Role
Abacus is looking to hire a Maintenance Assistant in the New Jersey area.
Position Summary
The Assistant Manager, Maintenance is responsible for supporting the maintenance operations of multiple warehouse
facilities by ensuring buildings, equipment, and systems are operating safely and efficiently. This role will oversee
preventative maintenance activities, coordinate vendor services, respond to facility maintenance needs, and assist in
maintaining a safe and well-maintained work environment for employees and tenants.
