About the Role

Industrial Painter The Industrial Painter is responsible for performing high-quality surface preparation and protective

coating applications using various metal finishing and coating equipment. This role includes setting up, operating, and

maintaining blasting and coating systems, as well as interpreting technical requirements and verifying surface finish

and coating quality to ensure compliance with applicable specifications and standards. Location: Camden, NJ (On-site)

Shift Schedule: 5:00 AM 3:30 PM or 3:00 PM 1:30 AM Must be flexible and willing to work either shift based on business

needs. Initial training will be conducted on the day shift. Overtime, evening, and weekend work may be required to
