About the Role
Entry-Level B Welder The Entry-Level B Welder is responsible for performing basic welding and repair tasks on steel
waste containers and compactors. This position focuses on structural reinforcement, minor fabrication, and the
restoration of worn or damaged units under supervision. The B Welder must be reliable, safety-conscious, and eager to
learn and grow in a fast-paced industrial environment. Essential Job Functions: To perform this job successfully, an
individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other minor duties may be assigned. Perform MIG
welding, stick welding and torch cutting on steel containers and compactors following basic repair instructions. Assist
