About the Role

Second Shift Voice Picker Simon & Schuster is currently seeking a 2nd Shift Voice Picker for the Split Case department

who will be responsible for various tasks. This is a role within the distribution center of Simon & Schuster, a

100-year-old book publishing company with offices around the world. In this role you will be a Voice Picker in our Split

Case Department. What you will be doing on a daily basis Pick orders using voice picking equipment. Follow simple voice

commands to fill book orders. Meet or exceed LM SOP quota. Scan labels using finger scanner. Willing to work in other

areas of operation from time to time. Take direction from different leads when working in other areas. Perform
