About the Role
Schedule and dispatch inspectors to appropriate locations according to customer specifications or needs. Update and
coordinate with Operations personnel regarding Responsible for dispatching of field personnel, ensuring accuracy of job
instructions, matching qualified personnel with requirements of job and overall handling of assignments • Relay work
orders, messages, and information to or from field inspectors, laboratory staff, supervisors and customers • When
instructed by Operations personnel, confer with customers in order to address questions, problems, and requests for
service • Responsible for the collection and distribution of field paperwork to Operations staff to allow them to
