Equipment Services Dispatcher
About the Role
Dispatcher Key tasks and responsibilities: Handle customer service emails, rate emails, and answer/make phone calls.
Review daily domestic reports for shipment status and notify customers accordingly. Maintain all communication via email
alias. Must always maintain professionalism with both team and customers. Communicate with LTL carriers terminals and
dedicated CSD teams for any pickups and/or delivery issues. Ensure all shipments are properly billed. Assist with or
handle OS&D and coordinate to file claims following the SOP provided by the manager/supervisor. Validate and process new
orders received in TMS within minutes. Monitor dispatched orders and communicate with customers about any pickups and/or
