About the Role
Responsible for receiving and evaluating incoming ambulance service calls to provide appropriate level of Emergency
Medical Service (EMS) assistance. Responds to the incoming calls for Air Medical Flight and Critical Care Ground
services and provides appropriate level of emergency assistance required. Assigns most appropriate ALS and/or BLS
resource to meet patient and customer needs. Assures safe completion of the emergency through superior communication and
customer service skills. Utilizes multiple phone lines, six computer screens and wall monitors containing information
ranging from Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) systems, telecommunications equipment, mapping software, vehicle tracking
