About the Role

Atlantic Mobile Health Dispatcher III The Atlantic Mobile Health Dispatcher III is an integral part of the Emergency

Medical Services Department supporting the Basic and Advanced Life Support personnel. The dispatcher is responsible for

assignment of the most appropriate ALS and/or BLS resource to meet the patient and customer's needs while assuring the

safe completion of the emergency through superior communication and customer service skills. The dispatcher will utilize

multiple phone lines, six computer screens and wall monitors containing information ranging from Computer Aided

Dispatch(CAD) systems, telecommunications equipment, mapping software, vehicle tracking software, weather and traffic
