$5,000 sign on bonus for a limited time! $0.38 - $0.42per mile Live stop pay: $28 - $29per stop Refused load or trailer

moves:$28 - $29per occurrence Detention: $16 per hour after 1 hour $1.14 per piece for materials handling $225 - $300
