Driver Training Supervisor
About the Role
Our client, a national retail-owned cooperative, is looking for a dedicated Transportation Safety Supervisor to work out
of their facility in Elizabeth, NJ. This Supervisor will be responsible for monitoring and managing compliance, safety,
accountability (CSA), and performance of drivers on a large scale operation to include: oversight of all U.S. Department
of Transportation (DOT) mandated paperwork for the fleet; maintaining qualification files in accordance with FMCSA
guidelines; Conducting driver safety meetings; Interacting with Dispatch, Fleet Maintenance and Risk Management;
Monitoring hours of service (HOS) compliance. Salary starts at $80,000, commensurate with experience Annual bonus
