About the Role
We are seeking an experienced HVAC Technician II to support building operations at our pharmacy fulfillment center in
Florence, NJ. This role is responsible for maintaining and repairing commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems to ensure
a safe, comfortable, and efficient work environment. Inspect, maintain, and repair commercial HVAC and refrigeration
systems Perform preventive maintenance and respond to emergency repair requests Monitor and troubleshoot building
automation systems Complete work orders and maintenance records using a computerized system Coordinate with supervisors
and outside contractors as needed Perform basic building repairs (electrical, plumbing, painting) Support internal
