About the Role

Non-Exempt SUMMARY: The CNC Operator II is responsible for operating Servometer Swiss-style CNC machines to produce

precision components according to specifications. This intermediate-level role requires strong machine operation skills,

the ability to interpret blueprints, and basic troubleshooting ability. The CNC Operator II works with limited

supervision, is expected to complete the majority of change-over/start-up tasks and may help train entry-level operators

while maintaining high standards for safety, quality, and efficiency. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: This role does not
