About the Role

CNC Grind Operator (ANCA Grinder) The CNC Grind Operator (ANCA Grinder) is responsible for the setup, operation,

monitoring, and basic maintenance of ANCA CNC grinding machines used in the production of precision cutting tools and

components. This role ensures parts are produced safely, efficiently, and in compliance with quality standards, work

instructions, and inspection requirements. Must be able to train in Jackson, Michigan for approximately 2 months,

company paid. Responsibilities: Operate Anca CNC grinding machines to manufacture precision tools according to job

travelers, product drawings, and specifications. Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Good Manufacturing
