About the Role
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Responsible for all new construction, framing and finishing to both inside and outside buildings.
* Performs maintenance on existing buildings, barns, sheds, fences and other structures needing repair.
* Responsible for knowledge of State of Delaware, New Castle County building codes, permits, licensing, and inspection.
* Promotes honesty and trust amongst the team.
* Promotes outstanding customer relations.
