Building Materials Handler
About the Role
Material Handler The Material Handler will support daily production operations unload bar stock material from the truck
using the overhead crane, prepare receiving paperwork, chamfer bars (if necessary), print Material Tags, label and move
stock to the material stocking racks. In addition, the Material Handler is also responsible for cycle counting, moving
bar stock with the forklift, as needed, and maintaining a clean work environment. May perform QC inspection of incoming
bar stock. Responsibilities Unload bar stock from delivery trucks using the overhead crane Receive bar stock in
following the Bar Stock Receiving Procedure Chamfer bars Print Material Tags Label all bar stock with Material Tags
