About the Role

Role Overview: The Blue Seal Boiler Operator is responsible for the safe operation, monitoring, maintenance, and

troubleshooting of high-pressure boiler systems and plant utilities that support manufacturing operations. This role

plays a critical part in ensuring equipment reliability, utility system performance, and regulatory compliance

throughout the facility. This is a highly hands-on position requiring strong industrial experience, mechanical aptitude,

and the ability to independently identify and resolve equipment issues. The ideal candidate will have extensive

experience operating high-pressure boiler systems while supporting utilities and equipment within a corrugated
