About the Role

We are looking for a Bakery Operations Support Specialist to join our New Store Opening Support team. This role plays a

key part in supporting the successful launch of new franchise bakery locations by providing hands-on assistance across

cake, baking, and sandwich stations. Key Responsibilities: Provide on-site operational support for new store openings

across baking, cake decoration, and sandwich preparation stations. Prepare and bake a variety of bakery items including

breads, pastries, cookies, and cakes according to company recipes and standards. Assist with decorating cakes and other

desserts to meet brand presentation guidelines. Support local teams in implementing food safety protocols, quality
