About the Role

Lead Production Worker The Lead Production worker is responsible for the smooth operation and coordinates the day to day

work for their lines, satisfying production needs, and maintaining consistent levels of service. Responsible for

ensuring operational compliance to all food safety policies and procedures including SQF requirements. Takes care of

mixing and roasting, ensuring compliance with QC and safety and trains other workers as needed. Core Responsibilities

(NOTE: Should equate to 70% of overall job responsibility allocation) Responsible for machine set-up, pre-operational

checks for sanitary conditions and clean up when necessary i.e. allergen, Perform quality checks as per SOPs. Observe
